Carol holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. She received her CPM certification from the Institute of Supply Management (ISM) in 1995 and was re-certified in 1998 and she has her CPIM from APICS. Carol was a member of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) in 2004 and 2005 where she chaired the Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Committee. She is a member of the ProcureCon USA Advisory Board and serves on The Conference Board Supply Chain and Procurement Executive Council.
Roxana has developed deep category expertise in Professional Services, Consulting, Recruiting, Marketing, IT, Contract Labor, Benefits, Travel and Meetings commodities. Roxana has been involved extensively in contract negotiations with third parties to mitigate legal and business risks globally. She was instrumental in implementing a global third party relationship program for effective risk management and vendor management of strategic business partners.
Prior to Xerox, Roxana spent fifteen years at Citi with responsibilities in all back office operational aspects.
Roxana holds a MS degree in Instructional Design and an MBA in Technology Management.
Ron Hetrick brings more than 20 years of labor force economic experience to Allegis Global Solutions. In his current role as Director of Market Analysis, Ron primarily works with organizations across different industries as a site selection and workforce planning consultant. He also provides economic analysis for the long-term strategic growth of the Allegis Group family of companies.
Prior to working for Allegis Global Solutions, Hetrick spent nearly eight years as an economist with the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington D.C. He was a supervisory economist overseeing the monthly employment estimates and acted as the primary media liaison for manufacturing employment for the division. Quoted by NBC, CNN, USA Public Radio, The Wall Street Journal, and numerous other news agencies, Hetrick provided analysis for Alan Greenspan, The Council of Economic Advisors and Congress.
Ron also published three articles on labor trends in the Monthly Labor Review and continues to publish white papers on sector hiring trends and contingent rate card development and rate philosophies.
In addition to his CPO role, Mr. Ho is also the Head of Corporate Transformation with responsibilities to support the business in redesign processes and drive change resulted in significant improved process efficiencies, increase client satisfaction, risk mitigation and reduce costs.
Mr. Ho has BA and MA in Mathematics with Honors from Oxford University and an MBA with Distinction from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.
Mr. Ho is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
Joanna has a wealth of supply chain executive experience across consumer products, pharmaceutical and financial services businesses, especially focusing on driving cost reductions in non traditional spend areas and creating improvements across the entire supply chain. She joined Cushman & Wakefield as Executive MD and CPO in 2009 where she built a global procurement strategy and platform in collaboration with corporate, client and facilities management teams. Previously, she was SVP & CPO at AllianceBernstein for six years where she developed and implemented global strategic sourcing and supply chain management practices, including the establishment of European and Asian sourcing programs. She’s also held Executive procurement and SCM roles at Diageo, International Distillers and Vintners and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products.
Prior to Southern, Alan worked for a series of Fortune 500 companies, including Cemex, Unisys, Nokia and Sara Lee. Previous to Southern he worked at Nortel Networks, Inc., managing their global indirect procurement with over $2 billion in spend under management.
Alan has over 20 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, P2P and supply chain management. He has spent half of his career working internationally in Europe, Latin America and Asia. During the last 8 years, Alan has led major transformation initiatives to drive higher value and reduce costs, while focusing on ROI. He has also specialized in the creation of indirect procurement organizations for enterprises that did not previously have one.
Alan has a Masters in Supply Chain Management and an undergraduate degree in International Affairs from Florida State University. He is also very active in various procurement organizations and is an Advisory Board member for the Information Technology and Operations Management Department of Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
As a member of the executive leadership team at Insight Sourcing Group, he has helped build and grow the company into one of the largest and most respected pure-play procurement services companies in North America. Prior to joining ISG, Doug was an Executive Partner with Accenture where he was an architect of several of Accenture’s largest and most complex consulting and outsourcing programs. He is also a former Partner with IBM’s Business Consulting Services and a former Senior Project Engineer with Pratt & Whitney.
Karen Webley is Deputy Director/Head of Global Business Services Procurement. She joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES in August 2009 in Malta, New York. Prior to joining GLOBALFOUNDRIES, she held various senior level operations and procurement roles with Hanover Insurance, Three-Five Systems and Intel Corporation.
Karen is very active in the Saratoga County NY community and sits on the Advisory Board for the Women @ Work Magazine published by Hearst Corporation.

Mr. Westendorf has over 20 years of experience in business operations management, process transformation, enterprise-wide systems deployments, applications support, and large-scale strategic program and project management. Tim joined MasterCard in 2001 where he was responsible for the delivery of a single, global instance and rollout of MasterCard’s core accounting, procurement, consolidation, and management reporting systems.
Prior to joining MasterCard, Tim was a Principal Consultant in the Management Consulting Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). At PwC, he lead various business development efforts and supported several multi-national companies in undertaking organizational and process transformation initiatives coupled with large-scale system implementations. Prior to joining PwC, Tim was a Senior Consultant with the Oracle Corporation working within the Financial Consulting Services practice. Tim started his career with United Parcel Service working in the International Finance & Accounting Systems group.
Keith Woody is currently Senior Vice President / Chief Procurement Officer at Fulton Bank, part of Fulton Financial Corporation, a $26 billion financial services company. Fulton Bank offers a broad array of financial products and services in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. His previous experience has spanned across both public and private equity owned businesses with a charter to drive procurement transformation, process optimization and talent enrichment. Mr. Woody has held executive leadership roles within companies ranging between $4 billion and $64B billion in revenues. Keith holds an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee, and has a B.S. in management and human resource management from Liberty University.
