Jo Ellen’s career includes progressive procurement leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, focused in the consumer packaged goods industry: Anheuser-Busch, Monsanto, Sara Lee. Each role was focused on indirect spend categories, including information technology, consulting, financial and professional services. In addition, her various roles included procurement systems implementations and policy development. Prior to joining BP, Jo Ellen lived and worked in the city of Chicago. Jo Ellen joined BP in October, 2009, and relocated to Houston.  In that role, Jo Ellen was responsible for the category of Legal Services, working closely with the BP Legal team.  Within that role, she developed Indirect Procurement’s partnership with BP Legal, delivering solid value to the Company. Jo Ellen attended Webster University where she earned a Master’s Degree in management. Previously she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Fontbonne University.
