Mr. Ho has over 16 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain at major corporations such as JPMorgan Chase, Procurian, AT Kearney, Deloitte and PwC. He has built multiple other procurement organizations at Fortune 500 companies with addressable spend between $900M - $1.5B. At Russell Mr. Ho and his team manage approximately $1 billion in Spend.

In addition to his CPO role, Mr. Ho is also the Head of Corporate Transformation with responsibilities to support the business in redesign processes and drive change resulted in significant improved process efficiencies, increase client satisfaction, risk mitigation and reduce costs.

Mr. Ho has BA and MA in Mathematics with Honors from Oxford University and an MBA with Distinction from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.

Mr. Ho is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
