Roxana is an eighteen year veteran at Xerox Corporation with most of that time spent in procurement. Roxana has in-depth experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract management, project management, and business process re-engineering

Roxana has developed deep category expertise in Professional Services, Consulting, Recruiting, Marketing, IT, Contract Labor, Benefits, Travel and Meetings commodities.  Roxana has been involved extensively in contract negotiations with third parties to mitigate legal and business risks globally.   She was instrumental in implementing a global third party relationship program for effective risk management and vendor management of strategic business partners.
Prior to Xerox, Roxana spent fifteen years at Citi with responsibilities in all  back office operational aspects.

Roxana holds a MS degree in Instructional Design and an MBA in Technology Management.
